Deciphering GenZ Emojiglyphics

Have you ever worked with a GenZ colleague who literally communicated almost exclusively in emojiglyphics? Us too, and it’s really hard. Our researchers though have spent a LOT of time trying to decipher this strange way of communication, working on collaborating with this cohort of workers to better understand how this generation communicates with one another.
